WOW! This store has so many unique items! What a collection! Super helpful staff as well.
BEWARE: BEYOND APPALLED!!! First time visiting Peddlers Village, just in time to find something for Christmas. Came to this store to find Christmas decoration and the outdoor tree smell for the home. Saw a couple things and decided to consult my mother through FaceTime considering it's for her home. Even though it was pricey, I was fine buying it considering money wasn't an option. My friends pulled me aside and told me not to bother and we'll go somewhere else. Pretty confused Whyy, I went along. Once outside my friends told me that these employees, the people who's suppose to help you and offer customer service we're nothing but rude and judgmental naive people. As I was on FaceTime, these employees began talking behind my back about my mother who is stupid to think she can "smell the fragrance scent through the phone." Now I was speaking in another language so unless they are fluent in it, not once did my mother or I discuss about the smell but rather which of the fragrance (oil, candle, spray etc) to buy. I'm glad my friends pulled me to way away because I found what I was looking for in a cheaper price but with a helpful young lady at her small boutique.
So to the manager and employees of this store: word of advice - 1 Star is the lowest I can give you cause I would give you 0. But more importantly, know your customers before you assume anything. Cause you made your store look like an a** to myself and my friends that we are sure to skip your store next time we come and make sure our friends to do the same.
Molly and team have helped me with every project in my home, big or small, just fantastic work. Not to mention LEE industries furniture is beautiful, sturdy and made in the US. Next project - family room!
